Slowness in the Project Deployment Process

Application Publishing performance has become very slow, excessively slow!.

In previous versions to 9.xx it was much faster.

I am working directly with SC on the Server itself through remote desktop, with Windows 2019 Server, 48mb of RAM, 16-core Xenon processor and several SSDs.

To deploy my complete Project (278 app) it takes more than 38 minutes! (timed time).

I deploy it directly in the Apache WEB directory folder, on the same machine I’m developing on, I don’t need to use FTP or compressed file to upload the project.

What happened in this version 9.6?. What implementations have been able to impact so much on performance?. It was already noticeable since the move to v9 but now the time has shot up.

I also agree. It takes a very long time to deploy the whole project with sc9.6

Just a suggestion: Have you check the Antivirus settings?

Nico What kind of antivirus option do you think you should use? What settings ? Under Windows 10.

I am using XAMPP on Windows 10 and Standard Windows Security.
Under Virus & threat protection settings->Manage settings->Exclusions->Add or remove exclusions, I added XMAPP folder.
To see if the Antivirus is the problem you can disable it just before the deploying action. This way you will see if the Antivirus is the the problem for the speed.
