[SOLVED] After update Scriptcase does not respond to anything after login

Hi,
After my update today (9.12.022 (5)), I can login, but futher no response but “Loading”. Menu’s, projects, update, nothing works. Login generates an error message “Trying to access array offset on value of type null | Script: C:\Program Files\NetMake\v9-php81\wwwroot\scriptcase\devel\class\interface\nmProjVersion.class.php linha: 604” Restarting my machine Scriptcase shows there is an update, but when I try to install this scriptcase keeps “Loading”. I tried this on different browsers. Now I cannot do anything and I have to repair some bugs in my own applications.

Workaround suggestions welcome!

I have a daily backup so went back to previous version and works fine

Same here.
Fortunally, I have a virtual server, I went back with previous versio.
I believe there’s no other way.
Awaiting a GOOD update.

Same here – the update was a complete disaster.
It seems like they didn’t properly test it before release. I suspect they only verified fresh installations and didn’t test the update process itself.
I had to completely reinstall Scriptcase from scratch and restore my project from a backup.

The problem is that we can’t launch the standard update procedure.
The nm_scriptcase.db file is also corrupt. I tried loading an older version of the code files while leaving the current database, but it still doesn’t work.

Hi, if the new version is broken, could someone please remove the “New version released” icon? This would prevent other users from updating and breaking their Scriptcase.

The update page returns this message: “The registration service is temporarily offline. Please try again later.” So no one can perform an update, not even by mistake.

I contacted support. I have to wait for Scriptcase 9.12.023 Installer and perform a manual update.
