I’m trying to display background image on the menu. I have assigned JPG image which is 1920 x 1200 in size. As you see on the screenshot it covers only 2% of the bottom of the screen. When I dun App is is not visible at all. Unless I’m doing something wrong this is rather a bug and needs to be taken care of.

This case is not a bug. You need to change background in iframe settings.

I just wonder why it took over two months to post a simple suggestion.

Why? Here a couple of reasons.
Its not a bug, therefore at that time we had REAL bugs to solve.
Even this not being a bug, you e-mailed us on our bugs e-mail to get free support on this, and you did get an answer from a former employee!
However instead of paying attention to the answer, somehow you lost yourself in the e-mails and start to question us with silly stuff like:
a) Who are you? Who am I speaking to?
b) You should be ashamed of your english…
So, you were rude and got ignored.
Be polite and people will be happy yo help you.
