I was in the need of some information about a barcode and a scanner to put the code directly into the right field.
I did a search with the search field for “scanners” and the search engine said “no results”.
Here is the page (got it by google search) I was expecting to get as result :

If we can’t trust on the Forum, what kind of support we have from Scriptcase ??

I’ll check this issue in the forum. I believe this an error of the engine of the forum.

I think you misunderstood regarding the forum. The only purpose of the forum is to approach all the clients and non-clients of scriptcase to share experience and increase the number of participants as a community. The forum is not a support, if you want support you can access the international website “www.scriptcas.net” for more information. In support you have access to a chat or ticket.
