I am working a project in development env and everything looks like a good,
When I deploy my project to production env there is a character set problem.
I have tried to change character set to UTF-8 and Turkish IS-8859-9, but nothing changes
What would be the problem?
In development env it looks like : DENİZ VE DAĞ MANZARALI
In prod it is DEN?Z ve DA? MANZARALI
Could it be a database issue?

It is not the database issue because there is a already running website on it. Beside I am connecting to prod DB even in development env.

Do you think it is related with font-family of CSS, I am using Scriptcase 6 (Silver) theme
But it is interesting that I have no problem on my development env. which is my PC, but it is connecting to prod db
Another detail is, I have treeview and it is looking ok without any problem in the treeview. But in other pages there are lot of ??? characters replacing turkish characters

Maybe that helps: change / check your client encoding and set to UTF8 (edit connection, bottom right => Advanced).

http://www.101evler.com is not made with scriptcase but I am tring to make admin tool with Scriptcase. :o
Actually there is already admin tool which I want to replace with sc project
