[SOLVED] ERROR after installing 7.1

After SC 7.1 installation that modify, generate and publish this working I do not run, do not give any error, NOTHING, is just blank screen.

Yes I can generate and publish applications on my production machine, but it is already installed on the server that does not work, does NOTHING. It does not describe fields, titles, absolutely nothing.

My biggest problem is that the project was working, and now users can not use it.

Now, this behavior was until you upgrade to version 7.1, before this I never had any problems.
