[SOLVED]Error in Loading Data

I upgraded from v8 to v9 and now none of my graphs work. They just state Error in Loading Data. Any idea what I need to do to get these graphs working? If I redeploy them in v8 they work!

PS. The graphs work fine in the development stage when tested.

Also the Summary is on within this chart and you can see totals just fine so I know it is getting data.

Never mind. Found out that the .json was not added in the MIME file types. Added it and rebooted the server and it is running great.

Thanks for the solution. It was happened to me. Never healed in SC8. I fixed the MIME file in SSI and solved the issue

[LIST=1]

  • Open IIS Manager
  • Display properties for the IIS Server
  • Click MIME Types and then add the JSON extension:
    • File name extension: .json
    • MIME type: application/json
    [/LIST]
