[SOLVED] Errors on Menu application

After updating to V9.7.001 Scriptcase worked for a couple of hours and then started getting this message on the compile menu app:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function getOpenMenuItem() in C:\Program Files\NetMake\v9-php73\wwwroot\scriptcase\devel\generator\nm_gp_gera_menu.php:3611 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in C:\Program Files\NetMake\v9-php73\wwwroot\scriptcase\devel\generator\nm_gp_gera_menu.php on line 3611

ALL my applications have similar error!!! Even recovered backups.

Tried to reinstall Scriptcase, but it says the port (8091) is already in use.

Any help?

I also have the same problem. I have already reported the error to support and am waiting for a response. By chat they told me to back up my projects and that it is indeed a problem that started with the update to version 9.7.001
I requested that they send me the package to reinstall the previous version 9.7.000 since I urgently need to deploy some applications, but it sends me the same error of the MENU applications that you indicate. Has anyone already solved the problem?

Yo también tengo el mismo problema. Ya informe a soporte del error y estoy esperando respuesta. Por chat me indicaron que respaldara mis proyectos y que en efecto es un problema que comenzó con la actualización de la version 9.7.001
Solicite que me manden el paquete para reinstalar la version previa 9.7.000 puesto que me urge desplegar unas aplicaciones, pero me manda el mismo error de las aplicaciones de MENU que indicas. Alguien ya soluciono el problema?

If you go to the download area the version available is 9.7.000 (scriptcase_install_en_us_v9.7.000-x64-php7.3.exe).

Do you know how to re- install it? I tried and looks to me that I’ll have to uninstall the 001 first.

Any suggestion? Tks!

That’s right, first we have to uninstall the current version manually and reinstall the one you indicate. Thanks for the information on the available version. I will download it and test if it works.

Es correcto, primero tenemos que desinstalar la version actual manualmente y reinstalar la que indicas. Gracias por la información de la version disponible. La voy a descargar y probar si funciona.

Until the problem is not solved with the update, I ask you to overwrite the file nm_gp_gera_menu.php in the directory: scriptcase//devel/generator/
Here are the links : you will find the files for Scriptcase with PHP 5.4 and 5.6, take care not to put on a different version.

Any problem, just update the Scriptcase.

Hello nwdbs,

The version 9.7 uses php 7.3, how should I proceed? Can I use the file for PHP 5.6 instead?

This is the name of the installer: scriptcase_install_en_us_v9.7.000-x64-php7.3.exe

I assume they want you to go back to Previous version of SC and then overwrite that nm_gp_gera_menu.php file.

Did an overwrite of the file from installer 9.7.000 to the 9.7.001 folder and got this error:

Not happy at all!!! Spending hours on it and still not working. What should I do?

Tengo el mismo problema Todas mis aplicaciones menu al trtar de ejecutarlas me devuelven el mensaje 2 = main(nm_gp_gera_menu_aba.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
