[SOLVED] Form links to grid, and it returns 2 values (id and name) ... How to ?

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

How to achieve this (getting also the category name) ? (Blue arrow). May this result be added to a field, beside this category id (red arrow) ??
Capture was taken from Scripcase’s web site samples section, but the tutorial sadly doesn’t explain this.

Edit the pointed field. Scroll down until you have found the lookup settings. Here you select the lookupvalue by creating a simple query selecting the key and the value. Click ok, save and generate.
