Hi - The latest update trashed all of my Responsive Menus. I tried even creating a new responsive menu and the same thing. When you launch the responsive menu app, a tab opens automatically showing a processing gif, you cannot launch any of your linked menu apps.
Could you please confirm the exact version you are using (e.g., 9.13.013 (X))?
Also, what scenario does this problem occur in? When opening any menu item? Application as the initial item?

The fix was released in version 9.13.014, which is now available for download/update.
