[SOLVED]SC showing only menus in internet explorer

Hi Everyone,

I’m very new in SC and my first deployment application when I open it in internet explorer 10 & 11 only menus are showing and menus are not clickable.

I tested in different browsers like firefox and google chrome and everything is showing up (grid records from the database)

Please advice, most of my users are using IE.

I recommend checking popup blockers etc. It’s true that all the different browsers are not very consistent to each other, but there’s no reason why the application should not run under IE10/11.
Also I would clear cache, cookies. If you have developed under IE don’t open your development environment and your production environment at the same time under the same browser as cookies can interfere.

Hi Albert, thank you for your reply i tried to upload my application in a server and tried to access it in other user’s computer and the same result. i can access the url and i can login but after that it will show the menus but i cannot click on them and the startup page (grid application with details) is not showing at all.

I tried again to several computers i removed the popup blocker, i tried to experiment some of the security settings but no luck.

But when i try to load it in GoogleChrome and FireFox all are working smoothly i can click the buttons, the startup page is working all details are loaded from database.

I just wondering when I’m in development all are working very fine but after deployment this problem came up. Do i need to set some options in SC or there is a BUG on SC during development?

I just bought my scriptcase last week hoping that somebody can help.

Hi aducom thank alot for your help i got the solution now there is some issue in my apache server thanks now all working ^^.

How did you fix it?

I have a similar problem, missing buttons after forms reload the menu dissapear, etc.

please could you share what did you do?

Did you followed the steps that Albert mentioned before?
It’s very important to check that.
You can also inform more details as Tayso said.
