[SOLVED]Sping Buttons don't show up

I have a editable grid form. The SPIN button field looks perfectly fine.
Then I have another App which uses this same form as Master/Detail and on this screen the spin button doesn’t show up properly, as it looks like a little ting grey bar (so the Up/Down buttons are invisible and there is no way to enter any data). This seems like a bug ! Any ideas ?

here is a stand alone App which shows the SPIN button with no problems
