[SOLVED] Update 9.12.018 css form problems

form messy after update.
first time i had problems with the form css was after the update to 9.12.005
some fields where changed.

the form runs for 3 years.

after update .
We corrected those changes again and everything was ok again.
now we have done update 9.12.018 of June 3 and the forms are completely messed up.
see the next two pictures 1 good and the second what came after the update.

But no matter what I try I can’t get them back in place.
Am I doing something wrong or do more people have this problem.

For example: form orientation, blocks, fields used, among others.

We’ve just released version 9.12.020 as well.

bud after updating to 9.12.019 and the update to 9.12.020 the form is still a mess and the problem is still there.
This weekend i will send you more info . the only thing i saw was that the page format was right.
