[SOLVED] Update process 9.12.024 does not update

Apparently, the update process to 9.12.024 runs normally. When it reaches the end, it indicates that it has found 8 updates. I press the ‘Download and install updates’ button. It supposedly has updated. It asks me to restart. I restart, and it’s still on version 9.12.023 (2).

I can confirm this, and also when updating the Runtime Environment of deployed projects, only 1 file is updated (deleted):

****** LOG PROD UPDATE ******
lib/php/devel/iface/error_log => Deleted

lib/php/ver.dat => Downloaded

And the version number in the “About” menu option does not change.

Even more serious, the external libraries that provide HTML, CSS, and images to the custom form controls don’t point to or can’t find their CSS, images, etc. The custom login forms have stopped appearing with their formatting. Interestingly, their preview appears in development, but not in execution.
