sorry, to clarify, the ScriptCase I run windows 7, the publication is made on a linux server.

Attention, I tried other type of form, the only record type works, the type works multiple records, etc…, after performing these tests places it back on and now it works.

I appreciate all the support and attention, but I must also say I do not understand why these things happen, did not happen earlier was normal change and update versions.
