[SOLVED] Where did it diagnosis file go ?

I wish NetMake change the ticketing App to something else. The one used is just so, so limited in features. There is no way to attach screenshoots, no way to edit post, no way to do many other things. It is way to simple for what we need and it takes to much space on the screen to show so very little. I use OS-TICKET for years and it works great. Why not to use something a bit more advanced ?

Created diagnosis file. This file got saved but why not to ask user where to save it ?

Diagnosis file is generated into tmp file. Yes, message is not clear, but come on, a little common sense.

1.- You just have to right click and Save As…
2.- You can open it and in your browser, File->Save as…
3.- You can look into the status bar and see thath file is in tmp folder. Navigate in your computer to search for him.
