It seeams that "Use AJAX to reload other fields of type Select, Double select, Radio and Checkbox. " has any effect ??
Did I do some mistakes ? The Db is Ms SqlServer
I don’t know if this is the case but I have found issues when more than one ajax event on a field is done. Appearantly the change of the field causes the detail to change and it has to fill the next lookup. So in your case there needs to happen different things on the field change? Nice way of showing problems btw.
