Suddenly my LOGIN doesn't work

Suddenly my Login app stopped working without me making any changes. I get this error:
“Count(): Parameter must be and array or an object…”

This happens on my development PC (SC v9.8.008)
Researched forum and looks like more people have this same issue. Any resolution to this ?

You must open in your editor (maybe notepad ++) the line with error. so you can find out wich is your error.
