support by chat vs. support by ticket

Support by chat from netmake is ok. My experience with support by support ticket however is not that good. Ik have several open tickets that are simlpy not being handled by the support department. I have the feeling that support is focusing only on support by chat. Unfortunately I mostly work at times the chat is off-line.

What’s your experience with support by chat and support by tickets?

My experience has been better with the ticket than yours but there are still a few pending items. In my many years of experience dealing with support, I have seen a lot worse. And the fact they offer live chat is a big bonus. I would try and find a few moments when they are online to answer pressing issues.

My experience with script case support is…! Takes lot of time to respond…! The Chat is very Slow reply and I my opinion the Chat gives better support. Ihapped to wait more than 2 hrs and get my qureies answered…!

They have to improve the support team, Such a wonderful Product Why they are not foucusing on Documentation and support…? …!

There are some posts in this Forum about, they focus on Brazil Market… If they could foucus on English market, would be great deal for them and us too…

Let us wait and see what Scriptcase management do…?
