Hi All,

Recent days…! the forum responses is very good.
I had few suggestions in the Support ticket handling

  1. It was informed that there will be 48 hrs response time
  2. Yes… It is agreed, and once the Ticket is open, it should be monitored every day it get closed, It is not every resposes required 2 days…!
  3. I had few tickets waiting for 6 days , more than a week. and i need to remind every 3 days once
  4. Once the developers and support has lost continuity, the interest is lost, and finally as a developer looking some other issue and forget the entire picture of the issue.

As I see in the forums, the no of posts per day would be 10 to 15 not more than that.! in that case the no of support tickets could be lesser than that, I would appreciate, support team look at this and modified strategies on support tickets

Also I felt happy that the Support & Forum responses improved quite a bit in last few months
