support response / status codes

Hi,

Does any one know what these status’s mean? They are re-posted for the SC support tickets.
I can only assume teh english version but want to know the actual status code.

  1. Lido
  2. Fechado (Finished?)
  3. Aguardando Resposta
  4. N?o Lido
  5. Respondido

netmake should setup the english version of these terms on the support ticket status.

Afaik a literal translation is

Lido : (read)
fechado (closed)
aguardanto reposta: (wait for answer)
nao lido: (don’t read)
respondio: (answered)

I can guess which status is used for what, but ‘nao lido’ is not clear for me :wink:

I realy don’t know. I’m not an employee of SC, just speak a bit portuguese…

thanks for the changes in the support system. I can now clearly understand the status codes.
