I would like to suggest that when synchronising a table in a form, that it doesn’t automatically add the new fields as displayed in field position. This really messes up the layout of the form when it puts the new fields wherever it wants. When adding new fields to the SQL of a grid, the new fields stay on the left side of the field position section like they should. It wastes a lot of time having to reconfigure a ton of apps based on one table when new fields are added.
