There are tons of issues with the look and feel of SC created projects. Some of them are bugs but many are just design limitations. I studied recently some posts and see that many questions come up again and again. Now days working with HTML/CSS just by using plain editor is not an option because it is simply to time consuming. We can do some minor touches to the generated CSS but the main job should be done with some 4GL tool. Since SC provides very limited access to CSS (in sense of visual design) I would like to to bring the topic again and ask how many of you would be interested in integrating SC with some 3rd party visual design tool ?
I agree 100%
It would be nice if you guys cam come up with ideas how to make SC Apps look good (another words: how to do it visually - not through tedious CSS coding).
With CSS Editor you can modify the Look&Fell of almost whatever object in the screen. What are you looking for?
Giu - I would recommend to read an entire thread before answering. Do not take me wrong (nothing personal) but your statement is silly.
We all know about CSS and if this is so easy (read “fast”) I would not ask the questions here. Perhaps you should try to use some advanced template builders to see the difference and efficiency of using plain SCC editor vs advanced template builder. YES - everything can be done manually - is so why don’t you use notepad to code your PHP/HTML peojects?
