Can’t register my scriptcase online…

It says ‘The Scriptcase license is registered to another server.!’

I just upgrade my operating system to Windows 7.

Hope to address this issue ASAP…

That’s what you get when you use Windows ;p

I just installed 2 new RAID drives with a new version of Linux and reinstalled SC with no license errors. Actually I was expecting to get the error you received, but I did not.

I would hammer sales/support emails, as this is p2p support and they do not visit the English forums very often.
I would also suspect that you will need a new key, or they need to reset yours.
