The form complain that there is no Select, Double Select, Radio or Checkbox field, but there is 24 Select on this form and 1 Checkbox

If you check the “Reload form when value has changed” box, does it appear then?

Since I didn’t get an answer I had to redesign the form. I cannot test it anymore
