There is no Submit button on Form-Critical

Hello,
I have a form application that people can submit their requests, but there is no submit button when they open the form second time.

I need to solve that problem urgently.
It’s all about cache, that’s okay when they open the browser in privite mode.

what can I do about that? how can avoid the browser caches?

I realy don’t know, it’s hard to believe it’s a cache issue. I haven’t seen this behaviour. If the form is not too complex you could retry building it. Sometimes things are messedup somehow. It’s hard to tell.,
