I updated the production environment on my live cPanel server and getting this error
This application can not run because you are using an incompatible common lib package. Please contact technical support.
Here the solution to solve this issue.
Go into your Scriptcase development environment, and then go to Options > Settings, look for an option called “Create cache of generated Applications” and turn that off
Then generate your applications again and re-deploy them
