When I try edit the theme “TicketStartupScreen”, scriptcase show me this message:

This theme was made using the complete editor. In this editor you may lose some details. Would you like to continue?

What is “the complete editor”? there is the better editor?

would be great for my!!

Instead of clicking the edit button, click the advanced mode.
That is the editor they are talking about

I doubt it as you have both options in all themes and I have never seen this error. AFAIK the simple editor is just a subset of the advanced mode.

Open up the theme in the help desk sample
And click edit

@Kdriscoll: I wasn’t insinuating that you where lying, I have tested it too to see it happen. But I think that it’s more a compatibility issue than a ‘feature’. Sorry if you where offended by my remark. Wasn’t meant to be.
