you ticketing system needs a NEW button on the main (ticket list) screen, as it is very cumbersome to go back to the site and go through the menu in order to add new ticket.
Right below the message box there is an link saying “Attach”, but it doesn’t allow attach anything! This link is very important and it should be working as it supposed to so we can email a screen-shoots if necessary.
I would also strongly suggest to review your automated messaging system and set everything up to ENGLISH. This really doesn’t look professional when I recive messages from NetMake with mixed English and Portugese or perhaps Spanish.
