TISKETING SYSTEM

you ticketing system needs a NEW button on the main (ticket list) screen, as it is very cumbersome to go back to the site and go through the menu in order to add new ticket.

Right below the message box there is an link saying “Attach”, but it doesn’t allow attach anything! This link is very important and it should be working as it supposed to so we can email a screen-shoots if necessary.

I would also strongly suggest to review your automated messaging system and set everything up to ENGLISH. This really doesn’t look professional when I recive messages from NetMake with mixed English and Portugese or perhaps Spanish.

I have just sent to our development team your suggestion to add a New button on the main screen.

As to attaching files, I was able to attach a few files successfully. You have to click on “Upload” and then “Done”.

I was not able to see any messages in Portuguese, could you send me the messages, perhaps screenshots of those messages to b.lima [at] netmake [dot] com [dot] br?

As far as ticketing system, I hate the fact that in order to see the ticket I have enter the ticket Number to search for. That is very inconvenient ! Is there any way to get to the ticketing system and simply see the grid with the ticket list ? Why there is no NEW TICKET button on the grid ? This is pretty much a standard theese days how the screens like that should look like. Since this is NetMake App you guys should make it perfect so users can see how well the job could be done using SC.

Hello Arthur,

Are you logging in to our Ticket system? On the Main Screen you can see every single ticket. If for some reason you are unable to see it, then on the top-right, click on “Go”, then “View Ticket”. Now you should be able to see all tickets.

I saw the ticket list once, but not anymore (despite I’m logged in).
