is it safe to erase the content of C:\Program Files (x86)\NetMake\v81\wwwroot\scriptcase mp folder’
of course when not using sc (logged out of the environment)

Afaik it is. But it’s easy to find out. Just copy the files to a backup directory , clean your tempfile and look… If you run into trouble you can revert. But as far as I know you can do this safely.
