Toolbar missing when being posted to production

I have created an application using the same display settings used for SC7
When I run the application in SC8 everything works perfectly
Then when I create a production version and post it to production , the tool bar vanishes.
I even tried reverting to a standard SC display setting.
I also tried updating all of …/libs no joy:mad:

Please can someone help me

Have you make a complete deploy? Your production server have PHP version?

I have yes.
Current we run over 200 SC7 apps on the server
And yes we also did a SC8 production install
