I think this is obvious reaction for the developer who gets stuck because of the SC bug. We need to see updates on whet is going on. If there is at least some information provided users do not fee like they are being ignored and you do not have to worry about multiple posts. Otherwise we have no clue on what is going on. There are bugs that are minor and bugs that are serious. The serious one’s simply prevent further development of the project. In many cases it is equal to loosing lots of time and time is money. If serious bugs are not fixed in timely manner users get very upset and you need to be aware of that. This problem is (in my opinion the most serious bug I have personally experienced since SC5) and needs to have TOP PRIORITY!

Of course it is a SPAM.
If your topic came from a different user then it would not be. Since you already know the problem, and already reported in another thread, posting the “same” thing is spam.

Anyway, you already been told that we are investigating. And we are.
Someone in the test team is responsible to check your problem and report back.

At development, we have our priorities and, after test team know the cause of the problem and why it happens it will be assigned to someone in the Dev team to resolve it.

What I can do to sprint the resolution of your problem is to:

  1. Try giving more information about the bug (like a step-by-step)
  2. Ask again inside the old topic from time to time (you won’t be flagged as spammer).
  3. PM me or John for some info (we will answer asap)
  4. Use our feedback tool inside our site and talk there about your problem too. (the whole team receives those feedbacks).
