The above errors were shown and reproduce to your support team through remote access and they noted the problems as well.
Your support teams had forwarded the identified issues to your developer for fixing.
Could you please look into the above matter as until today there is still no solution to the above reports despite numerous follow-up and the said reports had been submitted quite some time ago.
