Unfortunately, the terms are 95% completely wrong.
It would be very bad to think that Scriptcase intentionally incorporates errors in order to boost the support business. So that they incorporate a lot of small, controlled errors so that chargeable support tickets are created. Those who do not pay for support wait a long time for the “repair” and possibly generate additional support customers? No, no I don’t think so! They would never do that! Scriptcase is sometimes extremely sloppy. For example, it takes almost a year to update wkhtmltopdf and then it doesn’t work at all.
