I looked over all the forums and cannot see any reports. The following is an install of 8.1 on Ubuntu 14.02 clean OS.
The install was from the download of the full install for Linux. System had no apache, no php, as required for the install.
You can still use the product with MySQL and you can make grids but NO FORMS due to these errors. Form Applications result in an Internal Error.
The installer freezes during installation. It took about 4 tries to get this to finally install to the point where it would at least open. The first screen on Scriptcase following the install in not as outlined in the documentation, it does not tell you services or applied databases. System 8.1 does not make Desktop Icons on Ubuntu 14
I found this issue in search of trying to create Postgresql related forms from version 7 to 8.1. In all cases the system atleast on Ubuntu is not able to use the Form Applications. Has anyone a resolution to this? Or is it scriptcase simply does not do form applications against Postgresql.
I posted under the forms for a similar question, but this one actually has larger implications in terms of installation. Error Logs below.
