Unable to deploy project

Anyone else encounter a problem where they are unable to create the ZIP on deploying the application?

This is an application that I have deployed multiple versions of , but now when I choose Create ZIP - Scriptcase just hangs for a while (processing I presume) then I just get a sad face icon

1: is there enough space free on your development server?
2: the files are actually packed into the tmp directory, there should be the proper read/write rights.
Clear out your tmp dir (leave the index.htm in there!) and try again?

Logout and deploy again
