Unicode text problem with MS SQL (Charset issue)

I’m having trouble setting up ScriptCase and my database Microsoft SQL Server 2012.

Data saved in MS SQL are unicode text, Use Grid application to display data and it’s showing all unicode text with question mark ??? symbol in grid result

Following are Scriptcase setting used
1- Project Configuration = UTF8 & Applications = UTF8

Has anyone experienced this problem and managed to solve? Is modifying the Script Case or SQL server?
