Update 9.12.018 css form problems

form messy after update.
first time i had problems with the form css was after the update to 9.12.005
some fields where changed.

the form runs for 3 years.

after update .
We corrected those changes again and everything was ok again.
now we have done update 9.12.018 of June 3 and the forms are completely messed up.
see the next two pictures 1 good and the second what came after the update.

But no matter what I try I can’t get them back in place.
Am I doing something wrong or do more people have this problem.

Could you provide a little more detail about the characteristics of this form that presents these problems in the visual structure?

For example: form orientation, blocks, fields used, among others.

This information will be important so that we can try to identify and simulate the problem.
