My efforts to get the update to 8.1.37 where going wrong. I get the following message: “The requested service is inaccessible. It might be temporarily down. Verify your Internet connection.”
I’m not a tech guy but you can check if there are antivirus running or similar. Suspend them temporarely (15 min)
I got something similar with AVG but I don’t remember if the error was the same.
Thank you for helping. But this is not the problem. Whenever I ping scriptcase.net or scriptcase.com there is no response. Thinking the servers are down.
