If you need a reply from the official SC people then I recommend opening a ticket. Are you refering on updating Scriptcase? That is done automatically. If you have a subscription you will be announced that a new version is availlable and you can update from the scriptcase menu.
We want to develop a process of updating our products and expect that the ScriptCase team to share their ideas.
