My license is due for renewal. I am asking myself the question - should I pay for the renewal?
The product is good and I would like to love it. But I am generally not happy with SC’s approach to us users. They seem to have no interest in the users here. Most of my suggestions and bug reports have not even been acknowledged.
So the question I ask myself is: Should I persevere and put up with poor customer support, or should I save myself the aggravation and look elsewhere?
