Uplad DB & 2 project to Hostgator

since 4 days and I try to Uplad DB & 2 project to Hostgator, But I can`t do it.
Can you please help me in steps?

Create an ftp user if you haven’t already have one. use Filezilla to logon to your FTP site, then upload your project.
Next, dump your local database, ie. using phpMyAdmin or similar, and create on your webhosting a new database. Go to phpMyAdmin and import your sql dump.
Start your application and you will be sent to the administrator login page to setup your database connection.
Then you’re good to go. Hope this helps.
