Uploading Changes to Internal Libraries into Production

Tools ==> Internal Libraries allows modifying/ adding new libraries.

If I add newlib.php and use it in a new SC app, I would like to upload only newlib.php and the new SC app folder into the production server (i.e. not dump the whole library/ css folders etc during deployment, which is quite large).

Is this possible?

If you add an internal library, you just need to deploy the application changed, and upload it. _lib is not needed
