Just for testing and to see how many files SC8 generated, I create a little 1 application grid with 10 columns, 1 row of data. The generated script has almost 8,000 files (7798)! Why so many files when other generators generate far far less files? It’d take me hours to upload that many files because my web server will time out the connection! Help me.
The basic runtime is huge and contain all of the ‘goodies’ scriptcase will (might) use. The largest portion is in the pdf stuff, so if you don’t use pdf you could omit that. On the other hand, after the initial upload you only need to upload the changed project files.

ROFL. Yes, production enviroment is not optimized. But well, you upload and here we go. If you will deploy different projects in the same server, you can share production enviroment deploying in advanced mode.
