URGENT !!!! APP not run after SC upgrade 8.1.035

During upgrade 8.1.035, SC return to me this error:
Searching for available updates…
Done. The requested service is inaccessible. It might be temporarily down. Verify your Internet connection.

Now i have the 8.1.036 version, but I was updating the version 8.1,035
Now when i run an app it remained in Generating source-code.

HELP, please.

Now the upgrade is ok. How can delete this post?
