URGENT!! Search module in grid doesn't work..

Hi everyone,
i have a grid and it starts by the search module. the problem is that it doesn’t make the right search and it shows me the wrong information…or not at all information. Also in some cases the result says that there are more than a hundred rows turned by the search, but i see only a few…ex: showing 1 to 50 of 189
when i can see only 3 rows returned.

What is this? Where is the bug? can i do something about it??
Please help…it’s urgent!!

Hello,

You could activate debug mode (application --> settings) and analyze the SQL statement that SC is generating to filter those records.
