Necesito saber como poder fijar el tamaño de la pantalla al momento de cargar el menu, y que como los formularios no son responsivos, cuando despliego la pantalla del PC al 100% se ven muy grandes y fuera de foco.
Favor algunos tips o soluciones lo agradecere,

amigo, los formularios si son responsivos y si se acomodan a tu pantalla incluso en los mobiles, revisa en tu navegador el parametro zoom, en chrome se preciona la tecla control y la tecla + para acercar y o control y la tecla - para alejar

Gracias, por tu respuesta. Pero difiero un poco contigo, responsivo es que se ajuste automaticamente, si te das cuenta, las grillas quedan fuera de foco y los formularios tambien. El ajustar la pantalla lo hice como tu me dices y me funciona.
Tengo otra consulta, si me puedes guiar a colocar una imagen en el centro de los formularios, te lo agradecere infinitamente, sobre todo en los menus, cuyo fondo lo tengo en blanco.

se puede hacer facilmente, hay un par de tutoriales por ahi
0. crea una imagen tipo blank, y ponle una codigo html que te bajes de internet, para que te ponga una imagen centrada (el objetivo de esta aplicacion solo es mostrar la imagen que tu quieres)
