URL only show NAME and change VISIT to GO

I have a url field that has the url in the ONLOAD event (control app). It shows as this:

How do I change the visible URL to just say REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST FORM (and I would eliminate the label) but still go to the URL?

How do I get the VISIT button to say ANYTHING other than VISIT? It isn’t in the toolbar.
