Use text fields or variables with google maps

Hi,

is it possible to use google maps field with coordinates inputed from input fields or variables and not from the data base?

I can not select the text fields defined in the Fields section of the Grid or variables to be used neither as Geocode Address fields nor as Latitude/Longitude.
