Using 'Conditions' for date filtering

I am trying to use the ‘Conditions’ tab in the SQL Builder to filter only records that exist for the last 10 days. Can someone tell me how to accomplish this or point me in the right direction?

ignore this step and go to run, then apply this condition yourself. It works well for simple queries. For dates and mysql you need to use the mysql datetime format.
